During the purchase checkout on our website you will be able to choose a shipping option. We offer 2-day and overnight shipping through US Postal Service and FedEx. The price of shipping is calculated based on the overall price of the purchased item(s). Our shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Once the delivery is signed off our insurance coverage terminates.
We will ship in-stock items the following business day from when the order was placed between Tuesday – Thursday. If Saturday delivery is available, we will ship on Friday, otherwise we will withhold shipping over the weekend to stay in compliance with our shipping insurance policy and the item will be shipped on Tuesday.
All special orders or custom orders will take 6-8 weeks to produce and will be shipped upon completion. We will contact you to confirm shipping details.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This return policy applies to our in-stock items only and is not applicable to special orders or custom orders which are non-returnable and non-refundable. If in-stock rings (edition or one of a kind) are sized prior to shipping, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can make arrangements prior to sizing to view the ring.
If you are not completely satisfied with your in-stock jewelry purchase from our website, you may return your item within 15 days of purchase. The jewelry must be in the original, saleable condition.
Please contact us at 518-587-6422 or [email protected] prior to returning your item to make arrangements. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. We strongly recommend you insure the shipment for the replacement value of the jewelry as we are not responsible for any loss or theft during the return process.
Refunds will be made to the purchaser within 5 business days from the date the return is received. Gift recipients will receive full non-refundable merchandise credit.
