Eligible Items

This policy applies to in-stock jewelry purchases only, including edition and one-of-a-kind rings. The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Special orders and custom orders
  • In-stock rings that have been sized prior to shipping

Note: If you would like to view a ring before sizing, we are happy to make arrangements — simply contact us before sizing occurs.

Return Window & Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-stock jewelry purchase, you may return your item within 15 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, saleable condition and unworn.

You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full replacement value of the jewelry, as deJonghe Original Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs during transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's payment method
  • Gift recipients will receive full merchandise credit (non-refundable)
