Shipping Options

At checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method. We offer Priority and Express shipping through UPS and the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value.

Insurance & Delivery Requirements

All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Please note that insurance coverage terminates once a delivery has been signed for. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing & Delivery Times

In-stock items are processed and shipped within two business days for orders placed Tuesday through Thursday. For orders placed Friday through Monday, shipments will go out the following Tuesday, unless Saturday delivery is available — in which case, Friday orders will ship that same day.

International Shipping

We currently do not accept international orders on the website. Please contact us directly to discuss international orders, shipping options and rates.

Special & Custom Orders

Custom and special orders require 6–12 weeks for production. Once your order is complete, we will reach out to confirm your shipping details and arrange delivery.

Shipping Customer-Owned Jewelry

The return shipping of customer-owned jewelry following a repair or modification is offered at our discretion and is subject to specific requirements. In accordance with our insurance policy, all customer-owned jewelry must be accompanied by a current appraisal prior to shipping, which is available for an additional fee. Please note that we will not ship inherited heirloom jewelry or irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind pieces under any circumstances. We encourage customers with such items to arrange an in-store pickup to ensure their treasured pieces are returned to them safely.
