Yes — custom work is the heart of what we do. We design and craft engagement rings from scratch in gold and platinum with natural diamonds and gemstones. Most of our engagement ring clients come to us specifically because they want something that can't be found anywhere else.
It starts with a conversation — a phone call or an in-person appointment where we learn what you're looking for. From there, we source diamonds or gemstones, sketch design options, and present everything together so you can see and compare. Depending on the design, we'll produce a CAD rendering or a hand-carved wax model before casting the final ring in your chosen metal. You're involved at every stage.
Most custom rings take 8-12 weeks from first appointment to completion. If you have a proposal date in mind, reach out as early as possible — we'll work backward from your timeline and let you know what's realistic.
Not at all. Most clients come in with a general direction — a style they like, a stone they have in mind, or simply a feeling they're going for. That's enough. We ask the right questions and help shape the idea from there.
Yes, in many cases. We handle this on a case-by-case basis and will assess the stone before committing to a design around it. If there are any concerns about the stone's condition or suitability, we'll tell you upfront.
